We bring people, knowledge, experiences, generations, cultures, professions and different ways of understanding the world into one living conversation. We look into the Past. We engage the Present. We explore the Future not as something already decided for us — but as something we can consciously question, imagine, influence and co-create.
PM Talk is not a lecture series, a podcast disguised as a live event, networking with a microphone, therapy, or advertising disguised as knowledge. We are a structured environment for questioning, listening, examining, connecting, co-creating and acting.
We live in a time of abundant information, but information alone does not guarantee understanding. We exist to close the distances between information and understanding, experience and knowledge, knowledge and application — and application and transformation.
Every question must leave answered, reframed, connected to evidence, transformed into a better question, or opened into a new possibility. The room carries as much knowledge as the stage. Nobody knows everything. Everybody knows something.
Method: Question → Listen → Examine → Connect → Co-Create → Act.
Assumptions should not automatically become conclusions. We begin by questioning what we think we already know.
Understanding another perspective does not require surrendering our own. Listening creates the space for genuine connection.
We examine through evidence and lived experience — closing the gap between information and understanding.
Connection bridges disciplines, generations, cultures, and communities that would otherwise remain separated.
We gather not because we already know the future — but because conversation can help us participate consciously in creating it.
Possibility, when consciously developed, becomes knowledge, action, creation, empowerment, and lasting transformation.
Every PM Talk session is structured around four seating perspectives. Each chair carries a distinct epistemic role.
Historical context, ancestral foundation, and what brought us here. The witness to what was, and what was built — or destroyed — before us.
Active reality, empirical data, current operational dynamics. The practitioner, the researcher, the one navigating now.
Conscious imagination, emerging possibilities, and what we co-create. The visionary, the innovator, the one who asks: "What if?"
Reserved for the audience question that enters unscripted and reframes the entire dialogue. The room holds as much knowledge as the stage.
One identity. One method. Many forms of value — from weekly Berlin sessions to institutional deep-dives and global media distribution.
Recurring Berlin session hosted within the Walking One ecosystem. Open to community participants, invited contributors, and the public Empty Chair question seat. The anchor programme that everything else grows from.
Bespoke PM Talk sessions delivered for companies, NGOs, universities, and public institutions. Applying Strategic Overstanding — Agu Belief-Michael's framework from agubeliefmichael.com — to real organizational decisions and leadership challenges.
Sessions documented, distributed, and archived as part of a growing knowledge library. Podcast partnerships, educational institutions, and media licensing available. The knowledge generated in the room belongs to the broader conversation.
